BE WARNED. There is a note posted at the front door that no bullying is allowed. Seriously? That note in itself should be a concern for anyone choosing to get services here.

Disappointed Review
Please read recent reviews within the last 6 months to help put things into perspective for you about how this office operates. It is now common practice to dismiss you as they see fit! That is heartless and cruel when you have an office manager that does not want to listen to your concern! Her way of resolving any conflict is to end their services with you. I am now seeking legal action for this extremely, stressful situation. You have an office manager that does not want to hear feedback from patients. They have a zero tolerance policy regard bullying posted at their front door. This is a sign you see at a High School, not a doctor's office. By "taping" this sign up at their door as you walk into the office, you can bet this is highlighting a BIG concern at this location. To nip the issue in the bud, the office manager should be gathering facts and feedback from BOTH staff and patients, NOT just staff. (We, the patients, are what is keeping you in business, please kindly remember that so you can treat patients with respect.) Failure to do so falls on the office manager to fully understand the situation and to resolve the issue amicably. In addition, this sign posted at their door has embolden their staff to mistreat patients, it is treated as a free pass to flip out on patients. So, rather than addressing a concern, you have an office manager that dodges phone calls- trust me, we have made multiple attempts to speak to the office manager, but to no avail. Our concerns are legitimate- 1) We have had staff members re-scheduling our appts without informing us (Yes! They changed our appt and did not inform us!), 2) We have had a Call Center person flipped out on us because we called them a "Scheduler" (I don't even know what to say to that- I thought that was a strange reaction as well), 3) More recently, we had a staff member that berates us because we asked when treatment was done because it has now been 4+ years since the start of treatment. So, once you become difficult and asked to escalate and speak to someone higher up, the office manager finally returns your phone call and informed us they are dismissing us from their care. As you can imagine, I was livid- especially since that was my first and only time speaking with this manager. I am seeking legal action to reclaim the payment we have made in full to continue treatment elsewhere. The mistreatment we have endured from this office is beyond acceptable! I would love an opportunity for the owner of Exeter to reach out directly to me so that I can share my personal experience with you to help improve your business and patients relation. Thank you.

Everything about this office is terrible, down to patient care. The office manager will not return your calls- I've tried 3x and that should set off alarm bells for anyone. They are looking to charge you upfront in full and will make attempts to dismiss you. BEWARE of this office if you are considering it! They have a printout "taped" to their front door that stated no bullying or harassment will be tolerated. There is a reason for that. The irony of that is, THEY are bullying their patients, not the other way around. Sadly, this practice has been going downhill since Dr. Yoffee sold the practice to Exeter. I hope the owner of Exeter will reach out to me directly. This office manager (Becky) does not want to deal with any concerns nor is she looking to resolve any conflicts from their patients.

NOT HAPPY
A classic intimidation tactic to keep their patients silent "no bullying and no harassment" - that is the sign they post at the door. Yet, their staff are allowed to mistreat you. Terrible.
