Capitol Dental Care

I scheduled a appointment in April of 2023. The next available spot wasnt until June 13th at 1020am. I show up for my appointment and the lady at the front desk has no rcord of me setting a appointment for that date. Showed up with proof and still had to wait for a later date to reschedule. Totally unacceptable! How do you forget to log a customer into the system? Waste of time. Update** On Feb 22 I called the office to confirm a few things regarding recent work being done. The receptionist took my name and asked me to hold. To my surprise the doctor answered the line and began to shame me for leaving this one star review. He began to belittle my field of work or what he thought my job pertains. Talked over me and then said that he would not accept me as a client any longer and to find a new dentist. Do not go here. Very rude.

No Star if possible!!! Do Not go to this place!!!!! Make you pay before even scheduling., will not Refund your money after Insurance pays. They should not be in practice. The work is cheap and incomplete on crown incompetent all around doctors, staff and dirty office!! SERIOUSLY stay Away!!! Furthermore, I needed work done and I kept calling the office INQUIRYING ABOUT ME GETTING THIS WORK DONE and GOT NOTHING BUT THE RUN AROUND EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALLED, AFTER 5 MONTHS THE QUOTE DENTIST CANNOT DO THE WORK, BE HONEST WITH ME FROM THE BEGINNING, NOT A PROBLEM BUT FOR THEM TO WAIT FOR 5 MONTHS TO TELL ME, LAZY, HAVE INCOMPENTENT WOMAN IN THE OFFICE THAT ARE EXTREMELY NASTY , NO MANNERS ON THE PHONE AND THE TURN OUT WITH THIS DOCTOR IS HE CANNOT KEEP ANYONE IN THAT OFFICE, I HEARD SEVERAL PATIENTS WHILE I WAS WAITING IN THE ROOM TELL ME THAT HE YELLS AT THEM, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU, MAKE YOU PAY FOR THE SERVICE BEFORE HE DOES THE WORK , NO WAY, SEE I WAS SMART, WHEN DENA TOLD ME THAT SISK WANTED THE MONEY BEFORE HE DID THE WORK ON MY MOUTH, I THOUGHT NO WAY AND THANK GOD I WAITED BECAUSE HE ISN'T CAPABLE OF DOING THE WORK, FINE BUT AGAIN YOU DID NOT NEED TO WAIT UNTIL 5 MONTHS DOWN THE ROAD WHEN I CONTINUED CONTACTING THIS OFFICE AND KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND. A GOOD HONEST DENTIST WOULD NOT DO THAT AT ALL.

This place is a joke!! Literally just go anywhere else. I was a patient here for 10 years. It was decent at first but now is scary. Dr. Sisk is mean and they have almost no office staff.

I lost a tooth because of this horrible dentist. He put a cap on wrong, damaged my tooth and it had to be pulled, now the tooth next to it also has been affected and it will have to go too. My sons insurance demanded a refund because his cap fell out three different times. Horrible, rough and really dont care about the patients. Stay away from this office before you end up with no teeth. Bad place.
