        My experience at route 21 has been the best the people there are very helpful and they play good music. They helped me find an outfit for my birthday coming up and it was super cute. My favorite person that helped me was Aaliyah . She was wonderful and then the other girl there. Sydney was helpful too with the outfit. and they were both black, and as a black woman I think that thats wonderful that they have people of the minority in there.

        This place has gone downhill. I've never had any problems here before but I placed an order for store pickup (just items the website said the store had in stock) waited 2 days with it "processing" contacted customer service just for them to respond and then my order was magically canceled.

        I couldn't go into the store with my daughter as the employees were playing vulgar music regarding women and men's parts along with other acts that are inappropriate for a store 5:00 p.m. on February 17th

        Website says theyre opened at 10. I went to the store at 10:40am. The doors were locked and the sales associate behind the register said they were closed!
