Banker and AVP, Jamal guided me through a very difficult banking issue with patience and expertise. I would recommend this PNC branch a million times because of his professionalism and expertise.

PNC is a huge pain. Couldn't replace stolen debit card without 2 forms of photo ID. I've only ever had a driver's license and it was expired (I have temporary license, but they won't accept that) and I would still need a passport or student ID!? I wanted it mailed originally, but they never sent it. Then they were back ordered. I haven't had access to my own money in my own account for weeks. This branch was particularly unhelpful and left me on hold 25 minutes before they could help me with nothing.

This is a fantastic bank. If other banks in the area annoy you, and you want a bank that won't "nickel and dime" you, this place is great. I opened my account online, but then read that they'd be mailing me a card. I didn't want to wait for a week to 10 days to get a card for easy money access. I went there in person and a manager named Jamaal helped me out. They gave me my new card, and went over a bunch of the cool stuff you get with an account. It was pretty great.

They wanted to charge me a fee to cash a check that my employer wrote to me directly from their bank. I have cashed countless checks at PNC that were issued by them and was never charged a fee. One time I cashed a check that was almost in dollars and I wasn't even charged a fee. This PNC wants to steal from you and they're crooks. This should be illegal. The staff is also very snotty and clearly doesn't want to make a customer out of me. They should provide this service for free if they wanted someone to enjoy their experience at their bank. Instead, I will never ever open an account with PNC again and I will tell everyone I know to use Capital One instead. In fact, that's probably why they i wanted to charge me a fee. Apparently they started a new policy where you have to bring two forms of id. My second form of ID was allowed to be a debit card from another company and so I pulled out my debit card from Capital One and that's when they told me about the fee. Surprise surprise. I love how a bank, where it's their job to do banking, want to charge you for the services that they offer for being a bank in the first place. SCAM ARTISTS.
