All encounters have been A+. Phil is very knowledgeable, responsive, and a great communicator. He has made this process very easy for my wife and me. Adam is a thorough project manager and very easy to work with. We are in the process of building a single family ranch home in Arden Wood. If you looking in the Harmony area we highly recommend Phil.

A beautiful location in Western PA. The sales rep was wonderful to work with, no pressure and extremely knowledgeable. We like the availability of different plans and ability to select many of the interior features.

Thank you Phil Molishus!
I am a widow who is buying a home by herself for the first time in my life. I am so thrilled with my new home and it is all thanks to Phil Molishus. I had done alot of research and gone to visit multiple Ryan Home locations. I finally found what I was looking for at Arden Wood. After doing my research and visiting the property, I showed up to my meeting with Phil knowing which specific lots I was interested in and that those were the only lots for me. As such, I was devastated when I found out they were all designated for 2 story homes (and I was only interested in a single story house). I was ready to leave when Phil asked me to give him 10 minutes and heard me out on my concerns. He then took me himself to see several lots, all of which I liked, until we came to the 3rd lot, which is now where my dream home is being built. If not for Phil, I wouldn't have found my home. I cannot recommend him enough.
