        I was skeptical at first, not really believing that my severe and constant headaches (especially when bending down and/or exerting any force, or with a cough/sneeze) could be solved by a chiropractor. Dr. Vactor explained why my neck was to blame, and that it couldn't be fixed over night. Over the course of 8 weeks I saw incremental improvement with each visit, and remarkably after the 8th week I now have zero pain/symptoms! I also notice much better range of motion that I never even realized was limited until now; things as simple as turning my head to check behind/beside me while driving are much easier. I'm so thankful to the entire Harmony Family Chiropractic team!
