We had Just Maintenance out to the house to help demo a half bath and repair drywall by a skylight damaged from a leak. Our entire experience was wonderful, from scheduling to completion of job. The team was even able to remove two floor-to-ceiling mirrors glued onto the walls of the half bath. I would have them back to do another small project in a heartbeat!

Good people!! Ethical businesses are run by good people. Just Maintenance is not .... just ... maintenance ....it's a business run by good people, where its ethics are palpable. From first contact through job completion, I knew that I was dealing with good people who truly care for their customers. With Just Maintenance I felt a partnership with getting the job done to my satisfaction, including new ideas from them to add efficiency. I will be recommending Just Maintenance to everyone certainly for their quality workmanship and mostly because .... they're Just Good People.

Had drywall repaired and replaced as well as a fairly large painting project to spruce my home up in order to get it ready for market. I couldn't be happier with either the professionalism of the crew while they were on site or the end results. It was obvious through all stages of the job that everyone from Just Maintenance was very knowledgeable and that they CARED about the quality of work that was being done - something that I've found lacking from other contractors that i've hired over the years for other renovation projects. I will absolutely be contacting Just Maintenance again once we relocate to inspect our new place.

Jon and Jenise were great to coordinate the project with. Very accommodating an gave plenty of information to help make informed choices about the project. Jon and Ryan did an amazing job painting my kitchen cabinets. So pleased with the work. My dog, who supervised the whole project, loved the results as well! Would highly recommend!
