        I scheduled a tour and when I showed up to the office no one was there. A maintenance staff member ended up showing me around. I later submitted an application and paid the application fees for a rental. I called to follow up on my application and was told that the townhome I applied for was listed in error and was not actually available. I asked if my application fees could be refunded due to the error and the office staff said they would not refund the fees I paid to apply to the unit that was advertised but not actually available. I do not know how this is legal? I never received a refund but ended up moving somewhere with an honest and ethical property management business.

        My experience at Montgomery Woods has been great so far. The new team members in the office seem very attentive and keep me up-to-date when they owe me answers for things. The grounds are well-kept. I am enjoying living here thus far.
