Professional technicians and extremely clean trucks. They arrive when promised and charge a reasonable fee. I had a minor issue with a recent tank service and Smiths made it right. Issues arise in any business. Its how they are handled that separates the amateurs from the professionals. Smiths are pros. They will continue to be my service provider of choice for all things downstream in my plumbing.

They came and serviced my septic tank yesterday. They called me as promised to let me know when they were coming and he was backing down my driveway a few seconds later, great timing if you ask me! The gentleman was great (I'm terrible with names I'm sorry) he chatted with me about our septic system. He even gave me great advice on how to ensure my system is working properly and what to pay attention to. I appreciate this sooo much as not only am I going to avoid potential problems that could be super costly it just keeps the system working correctly! He did not have to do this and honestly he was engaged in our conversation! This is also a family business locally owned and operated! If you need a septic service call them first! You won't be disappointed!

Very profesional and friendly , I have used these guys for years and they always come out within hours of my call. They clean out my septic system and check to make sure everything is functioning properly. When they are done they explain everything they have done and give me recommendations to care for my system. In my opinion these guys under charge for thier service. Best deal in town. Thanks Todd Update 4/4/23 Called them out for an urgent pump. They arrived next day early in a.m.. I just received a letter from the township stating that every 5 years a pumping and inspection must be performed on my septic system. I called Smith's and scheduled what I assumed would meet this requirement 2 years ago in April 2021. It turns out that Smith's ONLY performed the pump out and never performed an inspection. Now I must have a pump out performed again WITH an inspection. You would think that a company that does routine septic service would mention that while they pumped out the septic, they could also inspect it, thereby meeting local township requirements. They never even mentioned it... Now I must have it pumped out again and inspected. I guess this garners a little more business for them if they have to come back and perform another pumping, this time with an inspection, so they can send their letter to the township. You just lost a customer.
