        Ive been living here for over a year now and has been the absolute worse place Ive ever rented from. When we first moved in the master bathroom toilet didnt work and our tile in the kitchen were ripped up. It took them a few days to even come look at the toilet. The flooring issue took 4 months to fix in total even WITH several phone calls being made & request being put in. They are SUPER quick with taking you to court if rent is behind etc. once again my toilet has stopped working since Saturday I couldnt put a request in online due to it not letting me hit Submit request. I called yesterday someone in the office was supposed to call to maintenance and put in a work order in for me and I never heard anything. I got the website to finally work and I put a request in as well. Mind you there is urine in the toilet that I cant get to flush because the toilet wants to constantly run. My floor is missing 2-3 tiles once again that I had to cut down because my kids kept tripping over it. Maintenance boss wouldnt let them replace my flooring so they had to order the flooring its been almost a month they still dont have the tiles. But they want rent immediately but cant FIX MAINTENANCE ISSUES! they also lie about you not putting work orders in that they supposedly dont see to cover themselves. Its all about money here. All it will ever be about.

        Was a prospective renter while looking for a new home (new to the state). Had a home come up available and several of their current tenants stated the area was dangerous and disorderly due to neighbors. 2 months before we were set to move in we requested to cancel and they refused any funds back and were threatening to come after us for 6 months of rent. Terrible customer service and feedback has been it is not a good neighborhood in york county pa to stay in.

        Macy McClain, the property manager at Lexington in Hanover was AMAZING! She was very responsive, kind, and helpful in helping us find a good new home. She also was kind enough to help us contact her colleagues, which was wonderful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my many conversations with her and how helpful she was! Her service and assistance was top-notch, and it gave me a wonderful feeling about the company as a whole!
