DONT GO HERE! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place has bad customer service. The older lady at the front desk is very rude. They're completely understaffed, and it takes forever to even get seen, it took me over an hour before i was actually seen and got my eyes tested. They don't have an actual doctor in the office, so it's all virtual, which is ridiculous because i dont think i even got the right prescription. Their brand of contact lenses is the absolute worst. They're extremely thin, they don't stick to the eye, they constantly get dry, and they flip inside out while in the eye. Worst brand of contacts I have ever used. Overall, I will not be returning to this rancid place.

Had to reschedule an eye exam because I was seven minutes late due to traffic. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem for me, but the woman at the front desk was very curt with me, and not sympathetic to my situation at all. More than likely will not be returning.

I cant attest to the quality of service because I have been canceled twice in a row. The reason given is that the doctors are too slow. Im not happy. Its hard enough to get an appointment but to wait a week and then show up in the pouring rain only to be told. Oh sorry were not getting to you. Today is extremely aggravating.
