I've had a few dealings with the Imaging and the Surgery Center., as has my wife. We've never had a bad experience up to this point. Every check-in person has been welcoming and communicated clearly. My nurses and doctors have been caring and positive. They've always tolerated and answered my questions and believe me, I'm curious and conversational. During an exceptionally, excruciatingly, painful biopsy of a nerve tumor one nurse actually held my hand. During the anxious and adrenaline I never can recall her name but I'd only like to send her a multitude of "thank yous". Today I had another, thankfully much less painful and fully sedated procedure when I left I received a well-wishes from card hand signed from each person her interacted withe me. That's thoughtful.

Good facilities and provide good medical services. They seem organized and knowledgeable.

Took my wife for some blood work, the receptionist was very nice and the nurse was friendly and very professional. Keep it up

Front desk woman in the imaging center named Guadalupe is VERY RUDE specially to Hispanic people ( she is Hispanic herself) its a shame her attitude and unfortunately she is training a very sweet girl. ( didnt see her name) Ive been a patient here for years and never seen her before. It she needs to get checked!!!!!

1st visit here as a new patient since relocating to South Hanover. Polite, speedy service and welcomed with a smile for my wellness visit. Not so much on the next step to the lab. Next stop was the lab and they too had pleasant folks working the reception desk except for the very obnoxious loud female who made it a point to share each parents conversation with the entire waiting room, even scolding one for passing the outside receptionist. Perhaps some additional directional signage should be displayed, that person did not wrong! The outside lab receptionist does not ask anyone walking into the lab to check in.Apparently even as a new visitor you are expected to know to stop there! Come on Wellspan, train you employees to better serve the public with direction and politeness. Perhaps special attention to the loud one in the waiting room area, I am sure you know who it is!
