        It was our understanding that if we were not going to give up our house, we should reaffirm. We recently looked on our credit and see that it is not being reported only as being included in the bankruptcy. We reached out to Wells Fargo, and they do not have the reaffirmation, nor does the trustee that handled our case. The letter you sent to us 18 months ago, was not a sufficient document according to Wells Fargo. All we were all we were asking for is the reaffirmation paperwork so that we can send it to Wells Fargo. If you did the reaffirmation paperwork, why is it so hard to send us the paperwork? We dont do this every day and its quite unfortunate because if you were a professional lawyer, that knew how to treat people, we certainly would be glad to refer you.

        My husband and I obtain Mr. Miller for an issue that we had a couple years ago. Turns out that a certain piece of paper was not filed or it doesnt appear to be filed. I even called the trustee who was in charge of our case I called Mr. Miller about a year ago, because when I looked on my credit, my Wells Fargo home mortgage showed that it was included in my bankruptcy. I contacted Wells Fargo and they said that they never received the affirmation Paperwork. I called Mr. Miller and he adamantly said he filed it and he would not send me the piece of paper so I could send it to Wells Fargo instead, he sent me a letter that did no good. I am trying to improve my credit scores and I desperately need to have the affirmation paperwork so I can send it to Wells Fargo, they would then report how well I pay my mortgage each month to the credit bureaus. I reached out to Mr. Mr. Millers office several times this week, and I keep being told that hes with a client. This has happened previously with him after he got my services it was difficult to get a hold of him. I realize everyone is busy but I feel like Mr. Miller has no empathy Towards his customers and once he gets your money, he has no regard. He is condescending and rude. All I am asking is if he would just send me the affirmation paperwork so that I can send it to my Wells Fargo mortgage. I am even willing to pay for this I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. He may have good reviews but I can tell you, he has been nothing but a mean and non-understanding attorney.

      It is not prudent for you to display your personal information in this manner. A creditor generates a reaffirmation agreement for signature by the obligor. Most do, some do not. Wells Fargo did not. We explained everything in a letter mailed to you almost eighteen (18) months ago. Your complaint is with Wells Fargo’s reporting to the credit reporting services. We regret that Wells Fargo may be giving you inaccurate information.

      Mrs. Elliott, Our representation concluded almost three (3) years ago, accomplishing everything you wished to achieve to your benefit. We are sorry you still do not understand Bankruptcy procedures as they relate to reaffirmation agreements. Attorney Miller has verbally explained this to you in the past and in a detailed letter sent almost eighteen (18) months ago. Your complaint should be with Wells Fargo or the credit reporting agencies. The manner in which Wells Fargo reports your financial relationship with it to the credit reporting services, is outside the scope of our former representation. We are at a loss as to how to further explain it to you. We are sorry that you chose to air your dispute with Wells Fargo in this manner.
