Updated for 10/23 System started leaking so we called Amazon to take a look, they did an initial assessment and looked at and cleaned drain pan and replaced the pump. Continued to leak and further inspection on another visit found a crack in the pan - currently sourcing a pan to optimise the system for another summer before replacement. Highly recommend! Came out quickly and efficiently fixed my HVAC and educated me on correct preventative maintenance. Would highly recommend!

Josh and Cody replaced my oil furnace. They were excellent and it was an absolute pleasure working with them. For the last couple of years I've had ongoing and progressively worsening problems with my oil furnace. During that time I've worked with most of the major HVAC companies in the DMV region and several of the lesser known ones. I was universally disappointed in both their work and their profound lack of expertise. Once Maxon got involved it was a simple process. They were very clearly knowledgeable and explained everything to me, answering all the questions that the bigger companies failed to answer and performing exceptional work efficiently and without mess or fuss.
