I came in for a new phone after my puppy had nibbled a corner and I dropped it at work. I had paid off this phone, and like anyone I wasn't looking to drop a dime even though it was my fault. Off my grumpy self went to get one. Doyle greeted me at the door and of course I wasn't feeling friendly or courteous. I'll make it clear that it's not anyone else's job but your own to make you happy.
Doyle Walker made it his goal and business to do so, and to make sure I walked out with a smile on my face. I'm lazy at best when it comes to navigating technology. Doyle went out of his way to make sure I walked out with a phone that was better and that I was utilizing the loyalty resources that Verizon had for me on my account. I spent half than what I was expecting and walked out with a new phone, better case, and a better way to get internet paying half than what I do. All in all this man made my life easier in a day.
AND he took his time to expertly place a cover for my screen, and the otter box. He didn't need to do these things. This man is an expert and is exceptional at his job. I had my doubts about being a Verizon customer but he put that doubt to rest. This by the way being a busy Saturday.

Had great help from everyone in the store on April 4th, especially Doyle. All were kind and caring, easy to get along with. They helped me with everything I needed quickly and even saved me some money by finding the best deals! Any one who says otherwise has some personal issue.

Typically a person to buy a phone online and set up myself but my parents told me to go see Willam Novak after their great experience and easy process. Defiantly would recommend going into this Verizon.

I've been a Verizon customer for 20+ yrs. Recently had business at our local Verizon store where I met Donald Fischer, he assisted my husband and I and I'm here to say he was the most professional, helpful and pleasant sales rep we've ever had here. Before this encounter we contemplated leaving Verizon. He deserves more than a gold star, he is definitely an asset to your business. Thanks so much to Donald, your help was greatly appreciated!!

I made a previous review a couple months ago; in which they begged me to delete. Here i am rewriting it. The store didnt have displays at the time which i was really upset at and would not let me see the new Iphone 15 out of the box in turn for not having displays. Who doesnt let their consumer look at the product theyre buying? Phones are so valuable now a days. I was very upset with my visit and the person didnt seem to know what he was talking about at all. William almost made me pay an extra $200 to get my new phone before one of his coworkers corrected him. Will not be going here again.
