        Our first nurse of the evening was great. Things went downhill after they went home for the night. I get that there are issues with staff and things are busy here. But what is the point of a call button if you never get an answer. And when I ask for something to help my loved one be more comfortable, what is a snotty remark going to do to help the situation. I try to be polite, some of these nurses dont even try. Even more disappointed this ED trip then Ive been in the past.

        Had knee surgery in Feb 20128. Very nice hospital. Clean friendly nurses and other worker. Thank you
