Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Hanover Service Department

Terrible, Dishonest, And Crooks! We bought a vehicle there in October to be services and was charged $758 and told the vehicle was ready for pickup. We get their and the vehicle is doing the exact same thing it was does when we took it their to be repaired. When we questioned them they didn't have a answer for use and wanted to act puzzled. We took the vehicle to another dealer and were notified by them that they did not perform the work we were charged for. To make matters worse after we filed a dispute with our bank they Blacklisted us from taking our vehicles to any other Ford Dealership. ( We typically use Apple Of Red Lion And Never Had Issues Their ) When we tried to make a service appointment we were rejected saying they can no longer service our vehicles. Then they falsely provided information to our bank ( Service Receipt , which does not mean they completed services) for them to settle in their favor. So they got paid, we got ripped off, and Blacklisted from every Apple Ford Dealer in the process! We are a respectable business and have Never had nothing like this happen to us before!

I do not recommend coming to the Hanover location. They do not stick to the time of the appointment, takes hours longer to repair than was quoted. I noticed 3 angry customers who were lied to with different situations. This is an easy fix. Do what you say you are going to do, be open and honest. This is ridiculous I was told 8am appointment with 3 hour repair. Truck not in until 8:35 because I told them I was staying says not going to be ready until 2! Unacceptable. Service: Oil change
