Wonderful experience! Caring and helpful staff! Dr. Desimone was thorough and explained every process of the exam. I'm very glad I've found a superb optometrist !

Liked this place for a long time and then....Went to office to ask what could be done about being sold glasses that where to short. Was told to bad. Glasses only have 30 day warranty. Explained to the girl that I was in office before and she was the one that told me I was sold glasses that didn't fit. She offered no remedy then so I thought I would ruff it till next exam. Glasses kept falling off and that's why I went back to ask but was told your on your own. They admitted to the mistake but wouldn't live up to it. It's a shame cause I've been going here for many years but felt like just another pocketbook to them!!!
