Never had any problems here with anyone. I have recommended this place to many, because of that fact.

I think this place is truly amazing! I didn't think I'd find doctors that not only helped when we had a issue or concern, but I feel as though I can actually TRUST Dr. Johnson with my children, Dr. Mashburn for myself personally. The new Dental Hygienist Michelle Floch is incredible! She's kind, caring, understanding, she explains everything very clearly. We never felt like there was a mad rush to get another person in her chair.

I've called and sent multiple messages since last Friday and have yet to receive a call with any info that actually helps me. Was told to see a specialist and that I could self schedule, but I've called 10 different offices and none of them specialize or see people with my diagnosis and I've called this office atleast 3 times asking for names of doctors that actually do deal with my diagnosis and no one has returned my call. I also asked to have blood work done to refill a medication and instead of ordering blood work they just refilled the medication not knowing if it is still the correct dose.

Care Team is very efficient. You do not wait for any extended period of time. Dr. Masburn is very personable, easy to relate to. I have been going here for a number of years, since Dr. Hogue started with them and have always gotten great care.
