Would not recommend at all, if i could give 0 stars i would. These people are nice but they dont care, i had to have my car towed about a month ago in front of my apartment. Mind you, my street is a one way which i had notified them that it would be a one way and they said it would not be an issue at all. They get there and it takes them a little over 40 minutes to get my car onto the tow truck AFTER they tried to get my boyfriend to drive my car which couldve damaged it more since my from tire was quite literally crushed and my hood was on top of my tire. They charged me 300$ for that and told me my insurance may be able to cover some of it, my dad then called insurance the next day and insurance said they would cover half of those costs if we had a receipt. Now i called them the next day saying i needed a receipt and she said she would email it to me, a month goes by no receipt i called again and a different lady told me they would send it to my phone number, never got it through my phone number. It has now been a mo th and a half to where they told my dad they would send a receipt in the mail, they never have, i even showed up to the place, no one was there but i did talk to a lady and she again told me they would send a receipt to my phone. Absolutely outrageous this happened a month and a half ago, i still have not received a receipt.

I had a very chaotic car breakdown tonight and everyone involved was very stressed. The lady on the phone was super sweet and helpful. The people who came and got the car were also very nice and helped handle our stressful situation Very pleased with service. thank you. Service: Car towing
