I called in on Monday to report an issue, by Friday it was already handled. Quite impressive. Majestic Interiors Inc. was contracted by Kemper to assist and sent a team out (Cody & Josh), they did a fantastic job which I have all confidence in their fix. In total, what I expected to be a royal pain in the you know what, was exactly the opposite. Great job. Brett H.

It was a pleasure working with Bob Serenko and his teams. Bob was professional, knowledgeable, and always communicated with me. He was very patient with my insurance. His roofing and siding teams were very professional, began on time and cleaned up as if they were never here. It was amazing to watch them work. High quality employees all around. Working with PM Natalie Bixler on our roof replacement was made very easy by her friendliness and professionalism. Her knowledge of how the insurance companies wotk and her valuable assistance made this a very easy experience for us. Natalie was the best PM i talked to about the hail damage my roof recirved. Shes is a very valuable part of the SKB team and would highly recommend her to anyone needing work done on their home.
