I was scheduled for fingerprinting there and the owner came out and said he some work to do and was rude. Told me my appt was at 1 and I explained I had to go to work right after and he said he seated wait til 1.... I cx appt and will go to monroeville. Very rude.. you should know better.

Pretty disappointed with my interactions with this location. I called almost a week ago requesting a quote for bridal shower invitations. The gentleman said he was busy that day, but would get the quote over to me by the end of the next day. About an hour from closing the next day, I called back requesting the quote. He said he would have it over by the end of the day. Still nothing. Close on the weekends then o Monday, still nothing. I proceeded to call Tuesday - the gentleman said they have been busy and he would have it over to me in the next 20-30 minutes. Never got anything.
I'm assuming a quote doesn't take much time to create - especially for a bridal shower invite with 2 pieces of paper and envelopes, but what do I know.
