very nice and kind and do a good job with cleaning but can not get back in a timely manner. cavities take months to get filled. November 2023 check up daughter has cavity, takes till july 2024 to be filled! in the past, ive called the office multiple times and have never had one person answer the phone. I only ever got 1 return call when I texted them why do you never answer!?. currently, now my 5yr old is in urgent pain because of that cavity. i've called at 830am and got voicemail and that gets cut out and i receive a text that says Hello, this is Miracle Dental Associates! We apologize for missing your call. If you are calling during business hours, leave a message or text us and we will get back to you shortly. If you are calling after business hours, we will be sure to get back to you the next business day. so I texted them that it was an urgent matter and explained the pain my 5yr old is experiencing. now it is 430 and never received a call back. kinda seems like it wasnt urgent to them. after reading the previous reviews please do not respond with calling the office BECAUSE miracle does not answer. you may want to hire someone for this department.

Our experience was very disappointing. The signing in and kind receptionists was great. Watching Princess Diaries was nice, lol. It was when the dentist asked for me to go to the back that things got irritating . There are little issues that I could nit pick. But I won't. My main beef is my son had a toothache. The dentist confirmed that he had a cavity and it needed taken care of. BUT you didn't have any openings until September! That's ridiculous! I understand going and having your teeth cleaned regularly is important. Sometimes though, some individuals' teeth are more prone to cavities, regardless of how much brushing and flossing you do, thanks to genetics (which is part of the issue in our case.) The reality of it is that sometimes more than a simple cleaning is required. Now my son is expected to wait until Sept, even though he is in pain, or I can find YET ANOTHER dentist to take him to. Then, he will have to go through another initial exam, and then ANOTHER appointment will have to be made to get the cavity actually taken care of! My other son needs a root canal. 'We don't do root canals here' is what I was told. That's like going to the barbers and saying you want a buzz cut, but they tell you that they don't do that. Or you go to get your oil changed. But they say, 'We don't do oil changes. But, we'll clean your vehicle...in a few months!' A root canal is a pretty usual procedure for a dentist to be expected to do. Because of this experience, my opinion is that you shouldn't be called 'Miracle Dental'. 'It'll Be A Miracle If We Can Make Time To Fix Your Cavity B4 Your Tooth Falls Out', or maybe 'Teeth Cleaning and Teeth Issue Identifiers'. 'Dentist' should not be a title anyone gets there. And, here's another idea! You're open Mon-Fri, right? All of Monday & Tuesdays, & the first half of Wednesdays should before Cleaning Appointments only. Then, the rest of the week would be available for cavity fillings, root canals, etc! It's hell to get my boys to the dentist in the first place. But, now the unpleasant procedures need to be draaaaged out, and additional school time will be missed because you don't care about the patients. Obviously, MD is all about the money. That does make sense I suppose, because cleaning is a lot faster to do than actual damage control procedures, like cavity fillings & root canals. Faster & shorter appointments=more clients in and out which=more profit for MD. That's sad, you know why? Because the kids have to suffer due to MD's greed. I'll make sure to badmouth MD to all who'll listen. Miracle Dental is a joke. 2/21/24-Reply to MD's response... Hello, again. I'm going to attempt to keep this reply short: MD says that they 'specialize[s] in children and young adults.' Ummm, yeah. That's the reason I took my boys there. They were 13 and 15 years old. Then, MD apologizes about the 'misunderstanding upon scheduling'. I didn't misunderstand anything. I was simply told that there were not any openings until September 2024. Lastly, in their reply, they themselves wrote, 'We do offer ASAP appointments daily...'. THEN WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME THAT MY SON SUFFERING FROM A TOOTHACHE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL SEPTEMBER TO HAVE HIS TOOTH TAKEN CARE OF?! And it was the dentist who told me that he'd have to wait until September. So, I'm sure by simply seeing the cavity, she would've assumed that he was in pain, without his even saying anything about it. She is a professional, right? It wasn't as if the receptionist told me that he'd have to wait that long. That would've been understandable because she most likely wouldn't have been aware of the pain my son was in. The dentist simply did not care. Why did I take all of this time to call out MD? Because I'm confident that my children and I are not the only people who've had to deal with this unnecessary inconvenience, as well as lack of empathy for the patient. Someone had to speak up for the group.... -FIN-

Business Response on Google Feb 11th, 2024
Miracle Dental is a pediatric dental practice. Our office specializes in children and young adults. We apologize for any misunderstanding upon scheduling your appointments. There are times when our doctors determine the need to refer to a specialist to complete extensive work on an adult tooth. As with most specialty practices, our appointments tend to book out further. We apologize for any inconvenience with scheduling. We do offer ASAP appointments daily to accommodate parent and patient needs. We recommend scheduling an exam and cleaning every six months for early diagnosis and to prevent cavities.
