        When it was Rampart, it was great. People, service, products were all excellent - but it has now gone to Guardian. If you call for service, no longer get someone local, you get sent to a call center - hold times often 30-60 minutes - very difficult to find anyone who has a clue. AVOID GUARDIAN at all costs.

        I have never seen a company sell and the customer service go from hero to zero so fast Ive had numerous problems since the switch and have had nothing but 40 to 45 minute waits on a telephone to end up never really getting to speak to someone Shame on you Guardian for what you are doing to the great customers that the team at Rampart have taking care of all these years I would love to get a personal phone call from the CEO of guardian his name is Bryan but from my experience with this company at this point I dont see that happening
