This place is unfortunately very disorganized. Spent a whole week going back and forth with them just to set up an intake appointment, then they canceled it without any heads up. Such a waste of time.

If there was an option to leave no stars whatsoever I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! Their receptionist Katherine is a nightmare that does not want to do her job. If you have mental health problems like my husband please do not waste your time here. It's a drug and alcohol place that has mental health services but treat everyone like junkies with no respect.

I was going thru a major depressive episode & they thought I need I a higher level of care (whatever that means) so without having any other type of treatment or referral in place for me, they discharged me, no psychiatrist, no therapist, no support of any kind all while experiencing a crisis!, essentially taking me from at least some level of care to none! It's been over a month with no help. I have treatment resistant bipolar depression & need non medication solutions but I have no one to help me get those & I've tried everything I know.Mental Health clinics shouldn't be allowed to abandone abandon clients like this without a pysch support system. This is wrong & dangerous & Forge should be investigated & prosecuted. I could have died, others might.

Used to be a good clinic, but the real doctors are all gone, leaving only an unprofessional, and rude, nurse practitioner, who doesn't believe in treatment of mental health with medication. I understand doctors have to be careful about prescriptions, but deciding to instantly change someones prescriptions that it has literally taken over a decade to figure out and balance with other doctors, because she thinks "medication is a band-aid", is not only ridiculous, its literally dangerous. Practically all of my medications say to not stop taking them because it can lead to suicide, and she wanted to just randomly change them for no reason, two minutes into my first visit with her, because she "doesn't like" those meds. I'm doing the 3 month waiting list to go see my old doctor, I'd rather wait a year to see a good Dr, than go there again. I have several diagnosed mental health issues including bipolar and social anxiety and I have learning disabilities, and she literally laughed in my face, when I was trying to understand different things she was saying and asked her questions. Extremely rude and unprofessional, also for a therapist, since she isn't even a Dr., she's one of the least empathetic mental health "professionals" I've ever had contact with. Find a better place, there's a reason their schedule is wide open.

Hi Yulia, We're so sorry to hear about your experience with scheduling. We shared this feedback with our team and you should have heard from our team about the miscommunication on our end.
