Moore, Becker, Smarto & Acosta, P.C.

Two years have passed since my FIL's death. The estate should be settled; the house is sold and contents auctioned. Yet part of the estate is still not settled with no explanation. Mr. Moore does not answer emails and is unavailable when we call. The lack of professionalism is inexcusable.

Its been a year and a half and moore still hasnt settled my grandmothers estate. He wont return phone calls for weeks and just gives a a run around. Only meeting me had was in a back room 3 hours after the office closed for the evening. He claimed to have family photos of ours in his possession, that he still has yet to return as well.

They were great when my mom died and we settled the estate and they were great when I asked for those documents 10 years later. Kudos!

Emily Smarto is the best attorney ever! I unfortunately have had to deal with many attorneys the last couple years of my life. Emily is my criminal attorney for charges received during a terrible divorce battle.
