Dr Milstein refused to schedule an emergency visit for a doctor's excuse or otherwise provide a doctor's excuse for a documented preexisting condition, because I hadn't physically been in the office for several years despite him being my last physician that I have seen several times over the last decade. There were no openings in his schedule before this excuse was required, leaving zero other options. The receptionist was snoody and combative as was the office manager. I was given inaccurate advice that Med Express could provide an excuse for this condition, which they cannot. When I called back to inform Dr Milstein of this I was not provided with any alternative. Do not rely on this doctor or office and seek another physician if you want your doctor to be there when it matters!

Meh. Nice enough guy, but lazy as a physician. Won't be back.

Great Doctor. Spends as much time as you need.
Really listens and does his best to accommodate all
patients. Great staff as well.
