Made an appointment only to have them loose it. Wait another 2 months for a cleaning??? Very disorganized with little concern for the client.

The assistant we had should not work with children. She was not nice about the things she said. She told a young child "oh it doesn't hurt" over and over while the child was saying it hurts and was very scared. If you cannot be kind just do not say anything. Putting the X-ray in the mouth can hurt and cut the gums. It was a scared child, have a heart

I went to this location I 2015 and told them I was seeking to have my wisdom teeth removed. I go in after struggling to get a appointment and they tell me while in office, their orthodontist retired. They never bother to tell me before my appointment that I would have to go to another dentist. Now just today I go them seeking a orthodontist again, I informed them of my insurance and member ID over the phone as i sat up the appointment. I go in today and during the exam the dentist and his assistant speak about me as if I wasnt there. The dentist criticized me for not coming sooner as if I wasnt there. They didnt bother to tell me the orthodontist didn't accept my insurance until I go to check out. They acted super surprised when I told them I felt they wasted my time especially since they knew everything ahead of time. They are my primary care and I'm switching. This office is horrible now and 4 years ago
