Bought shoes on Saturday wore them 4 hours at work. Inside kitchen job. They told me when I got them they was non skid and I could return them. Took them back manager refused to give me a return says they dont take used shoes. First staff should be trained about the product and return policy. Brooks shoe also states 30 days guarantee. The manager was not nice and needs to learn better customer service. Then they wonder why box stores are going under, and why everyone is ordering online. Out $140.00

Beautiful store, but the person in the shoe dept. needs to lighten up. I dont spend money where Im treated with an attitude. Update one year later, once again an unfriendly person helped me.. I was treated like a cardboard box.
