Optimus Spine & Posture

I started seeing Dr. Gareth about a month ago for neck and lower back pain. After my first visit, I knew I was in good hands. He took X-rays of my spine, and we aligned on a chiropractic plan that combined office visits and proactive self-care methods at home. After about 10 visits, I have seen tremendous improvement in my neck and back pain, and I feel more educated on how to properly care for my body. If youre on the fence about seeking chiropractic care, I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Gareth!

Ive been seeing Gareth for a couple months now and Ive seen a big difference with the frequency and severity of my headaches and migraines. The other chiropractors I went to in the past only did adjustments but Gareth not only does adjustments but has machines, and gizmos and plus theres light exercise. Im very satisfied with Gareths services and highly recommend him.

First time I've seen a chiropractor since childhood and I couldn't be happier with my care at Optimus Spine! As someone who is out of shape and quite heavy, I was very nervous about seeing someone regarding my back & shoulder problems, but my experience here has given me the confidence to make real changes in improving my physical well-being. Dr. Gareth is very knowledgeable and patient, with an exceptional bedside manner. If you're on the fence about chiropractic care, this place is definitely worth checking out!!
