        Horrible customer service! And not at all about servicing people in there community! Will NEVER give my money again to this bank! Use credit unions...they care more about your business with them!

        Terrible. You have been calling me to tell me my cards in and leaving voicemails but my voicemail isnt set up and you canceled my temp card. So now I have to lose an hour of work to make it there during your awful hours. Horrible customer service, hours and staffing.

        I have received. Incredibly poor and slow service every single time I actually need something from this bank. Tellers, managers everyone involved has provided poor customer support. I have had to repeatedly ask for things to happen and everytime I do, its like the first time anyone has heard it! Please do better! My family banks here and Id like to continue using this as my business bank. It shouldnt take a month to get a new debit card. And it shouldnt take two weeks to open a closed account for a day for a return. Really poor slow service I dont appreciate it !
