This place is trash. As a female, they definitely know how to play stupid! I have AWD and I thought I needed four new tires and they said no, just the two front ones needed replaced, kept saying it doesn't need all 4. Well it did because it's awd and now my transmission is going because of these idiots! I will never go back to such a place!

Took VW Passat TDI there 3 times and your out!! 1st was AC issue and charged double for the parts, still have intermittent hot air on driver side but his "Guage" showed within tolerance 2cd was for a sluggish acceleration and sputtering and just replaced battery and said all was good. Problem never went away fully. 3rd was for major issues related to 2cd triple never fixed. 4 codes and all could be caused by EGR valve. Tried charging double again for the part but I asked him to spend more than five minutes pricing egr valve and whatyaknow VW had one for 60% of his original cost. Ordered it, car sat there 2 weeks and I got I back, drove 5 miles and light is back on and still very sluggish. Throttlebody code this time. Buy not when he hooked computer up again. He put egr on with old gaskets, turned codes off and gave it back. Blaming the cheaper part and washing hands now!!!!! Oh and Ordered a new fuel door that he couldn't find a week ago but his so. Found and wouldn't ya know it itsthe wrong color!! Complete and udder incompetence! Are you here to get your car he asked, well you didn't call and don't answer your phones so I came to check on it after almost 3 weeks I have a car that's not fixed, a business owner who is blaming the part and telling me it's my problem with VW and close to 500 in his pocket... Good Luck if you use this "Doc"..
