We loved Joe and his work. He did a basement renovation for us; redoing floors, lighting, and framing out a new bedroom and closet. We love the results. Joe was in constant contact with us and always went above and beyond on many details. Where other contractors hesitated on complexity or preference, Joe made it seem easy and natural. You can tell he has a ton of experience and confidence. He is also very thoughtful and safety oriented. We will have Joe back for more projects.

I highly recommend Joe and Glenside Renovations! He has done several projects for us, from windows, to siding replacement, to A LOT of electrical work, and we have more projects planned for spring. He explains everything really well and always has a solution when things seem tricky. Joe has become our go-to contractor and we couldn't be happier. Pricing is reasonable, he is extremely knowledgeable, and his work is top-notch. In addition to what Jillian said below, I also HIGHLY recommend Joe. He is the best!! He has done so many projects for us and they are all very well done. He responds to requests quickly, pricing is very fair, he takes time to talk to us about the scope of the project and is always patient with answering questions and makes sure we understand. I really feel like he goes above and beyond and I never have to question how something will turn out because we really trust him. I have had experiences with contractors in the past where they left a job unfinished with materials laying around, and talked to me about doing a specific job, then decided they didnt do that job and did nothing. I would now not use anyone else for work in/on my house, only Joe is allowed and welcome. And I love the name he picked for his business. Fits perfectly.

Removed a party wall in my house so a railing could be installed. Worked in a timely and professional manner. Came back to make sure all was done correctly. Would highly recommend!

Where do I start? I wish all contractors were like this one! Glenside Renovations, especially Joe is the best. I am so glad I found out about this company. I have had them replace my furnace, hot water heater, repair new installed windows and I plan to have them back in the spring to renovate my deck and hopefully my shed roof. Always punctual, polite and seems to take pride in their work. Prices are always reasonable and I never feel pressured to spend more than I anticipate. I cannot recommend enough! Call them and see for yourself!
