Hello William,First things first, I’m very sorry this had to end up in a bad review matter. This is a first for me. The drain work was 1000 percent unacceptable on my crews end and that is why I offered to replace the section as explained. The patio never crumbled underweight of foot traffic. I messaged you explaining that you had a party and had chairs on it (average 150lb on a 1 inch chair leg on uncured concrete could definitely cause an issue. pic will be post below.) Once again, I was willing to cut and repair the area at no charge due to it being in the same area as drain. Unfortunately concrete does crack, no matter how much you add to concrete to strengthen it if concrete wants to crank its going to crack, Yes even 12 hours old or 12 years old. Now to the chirping and bubbling, we buy our concrete from a supplier where atleast 95% of the masons in the area use the same plant, I poured 3500psi as promised. On several occasions, I have reached out to My Concrete supplier with the issues and they are stating that Concrete making noise is not possible which I relayed to you. The concrete company and I then went to their supplier and stated at the issue and he told us he has never heard of it either and recommended a product to use on your patio(this was in late October by then I wasn’t able to do it due to the weather, but I do still plan to do the repair that the company is saying to do to the patio . I do my best as a small business, trying to build a reputable name to do everything in my power to keep everybody happy. The craftsmanship of my job is exactly what I promised. I can even provide a ticket stating the strength of concrete and the yardage for your job if you would like so you did not think I cheated you. I never have and never will cheat a customer or shortcut a job.I am still willing to remove the section I always stated, and do the fix that the company recommended trying if you are still interested in that once the weather breaks.I hope this finds you well and I hope we can figure it out together.
