        Not a client of this bank and never will be. I called to get information on currency exchanges, and the lady was so rude and hung up on me. Curious as to how you could hire someone this route for customer service. Hopefully she Is not an example of all customer service representatives at Citizens Bank.

        I do not know how many times they've replaced the ATM here. And it's still doesn't accept mobile transactions. Says you can use your phone and you go through the process only to have the machine say that it can complete your transaction. And this seems to be true at all citizens banks that I've been to. Why would you show us a feature that can't be used on your ATM machine? Are you trying to fool people into thinking that you're up with the times when, in reality, you really aren't.? You would figure that the one place on Earth that this feature should actually be used and work is at your bank... Why can Wawa do it and not citizens??

        Ray was a tremendous help with the issue of double charges. I believe the tellers name was laura or lauren who took my phone call later in the day who was very helpful as well
