Had a good experience renting at this location. Larry Coleman was very very helpful and made sure the rental process was smooth and easy. He quickly corrected a minor issue to. my satisfaction. Overall excellent customer service. I will rent from this location again.

You cannot rely on a reservation even if you are a regular customer. When I reserved a truck in advance and did not receive it on the day of the order, Larry Coleman hid from me so as not to apologize for it. Also, Larry did not fulfill other promises related to the papers. On another day, the truck had issues. They said take what we have or nothing... There were some good times too: The truck is clean, new, power and comfortable. They forgive small delays, do not charge a fine.

Truck was rented for insurance purposes. Upon being given the vehicle I realized how filthy it was and asked for it to be cleaned. After 30 more minutes of cleaning the vehicle was given to me again while still filthy. Upon returning vehicle I was given a bill for 4 times the amount of gas that I used and was told I was not allowed to look to verify. I then was told they would not ride me home as promised and was left stranded in the rain to find my way home because they were closing. The manager was very rude and was the person I was dealing with throughout the whole experience. Larry Coleman. He is a very unprofessional person and does not represent enterprise well.
