        I came here for my dog this last Easter who was experiencing HGE symptoms and bloody diarrhea. The visit was short and they told me there was NOTHING they could do for my dog unless they kept him overnight ($5,000). I took him to the BluePearl nearby, they kept him for a few hours for IV fluids, gave him medication, and were cheaper than Pinnacle. Pinnacle couldnt work with my budget like BluePearl did and instead suggested credit cards and loans. I wont be coming back. Dog is doing great now though no thanks to Pinnacle.

        Not a place you hope to ever have the need to visit, but take comfort in knowing it is there. Every contact we had with the staff was first and foremost, caring. They all were very professional, and also comforting and supportive in the midst of having to make the ultimate hard decision. Thank you to the entire staff for being there to love my sisters baby boy, and to support the family in our time of loss of Riley. We are very thankful

        My dog came in for an ultrasound and treatment in which they determined he had renal disease. Unfortunately despite Pinnacle's best efforts to bring his kidney levels down, the disease was too far advanced in which couple days later after my dog returned home from Pinnacle, I had to put him down at my primary vet as the disease rapidly progressed. I want to thank my dog's care team especially Drs. Bracken and Andersen for doing everything in their power to try to get this disease under control. The communication was right on target with the doctors, nurses and the rest of the staff at the hospital. Also the staff very transparent about the cost for his care each day. While I wish the disease was able to be controlled, I am however thankful for Pinnacles doctors, nurses and staff for at least giving my dog an extra few days with us. He is missed by me, my housemates and everyone else that has cared and crossed paths with him.
