therapist Julie Guido for the first time on Thursday, Dec 14, 2023 and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. I feel we had a good rapport. It was comforting to be heard and understood. She gave me some exercises to do at home to help reduce my anxiety. I am looking forward to our next meeting.
