I paid a large amount for a print job and it wasn't finished correctly. I'm pointing this out to the associate and it's all excuses. The manager appeared high or in another world altogether. "Huh" was his response when the girl asked specifically for help. Short staffed is what everyone's excuse is, let's get back to customer service

Rude! Went in to ask if they had a FedEx drop off. Pretty sure they used to? Anyway, the middle aged guy with dark hair looked at me like I had just walked in wearing my bathing suit asking where the water park was. Nothing else! Just blank stare. Mark my words I will never walk into this store again.

Exceptional customer service experience who are all amazingly polite, professional, and friendly. The print/marketing office team are amazing while striving to ensure your office and printing needs are well attended to. I definitely recommend Staples and their Office Print/Marketing Team for all your office related interests and needs. The best by far.

Staples in Glen Mills 9/5/20. The bathrooms had over flowing trash cans. Both the receptacles in the women's bathrooms and the urinal in the men's room didn't appear to be cleaned for weeks. I went to look at a desk, they were improperly labeled for prices. There was trash all over the floor. Staples is a great place, but this one is in severe need of attention.
