Today was my first time going to Hair Cuttery so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was great that you can set your appointment online and they send you an appointment confirmation with all of the info which I like. When I arrived, I was greeted by Suzanne who was super friendly. I only had to wait a minute or two while she finished prepping everything. I didn't check my watch, but I only arrived a few minutes before my appointment so I must have been called back right on time, which I really appreciated. I've been to some places where you can be waiting quite a while even if you have an appointment. Suzanne asked a lot of good questions before doing anything and made sure what kind of hair cut I wanted, which is always a good sign for me since I have been to places where they don't listen very well to make sure you get the cut you want. The entire time she was very personable and made sure everything was the way I wanted it. I didn't get a very complex cut or anything but it seemed like it was all done very quickly--the sign of someone with lots of experience. When she was finished I loved my hair! It was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back when I need my hair cut again and ask for Suzanne.
