KP Electric Innovations

A bad storm ripped all the wires off of our house & in just a few hours a tech from KP Electric Innovations was at our home to do an emergency inspection. They checked all of the house wiring & circuit breakers for any dangerous shortages. We are so glad they did, because water was found inside the main wire & the outside box. We could have had a fire! The work was done professionally with clean up & polite workers. We were so pleased with their work we called them back to install lighting in our dark family room. We now have full lighting & use our family room so much more. Will definitely call K P Electric Innovations for all electrical work we need done. Too bad I cannot highlight zero stars. Just had terrible experience with this company, despite using them in the past with good results. We were scheduled for service and they totally blew us off. No phone call, nothing. Called the office and was given a million excuses. Bottom line they are disorganized and very unprofessional. Feel bad I referred several people. I take back any good recommendation. This company stinks and so does the owner. Never again KP see ya!!!!!
