Dr. Rencic is thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. I love going for my annual skin check and she has helped me with my middle-aged acne too!

I have been going to Dr. Rencic for over 10 years and even though she always had been very attentive in the past, my last visit ( first after COVID pandemic) was really a subpar experience. First, it was a really rushed visit, then she told me she was going to use a different method to take my spots out ( no explanations about it other than leaves less of a mark), I was not given any kind of advice on what to do or expect about it, but assumed it would be the same as a n the past. After one month with a spot still in my face I called her office to know how long I should expect till it disappeared, left a message waited for 48 hours ( as the message advised) and received no answer, called back and am told to go back and pay another 190.00 to have it redone. I was also told that the practice has been bought by Qualderm and they just wont waive the fee, even if there was a mistake, and that they cant /wont waive it. Really disappointed with the service and treatment.
