Concordville Subaru Service

Not good. Went for oil change, tire rotation is separate and costs ca 40. Service did not reset the reminder in the car that oil change is due so I had to go again for them to reset the message. Got an email the day after the first visit "to make sure I received great service", I responded that the service was not great - no response. Just a spam message. Also in the waiting room there was another customer with 2 very stinky dogs which you coud smell from 30 feet. made the waiting room unusable. The service manager, which asked me by e-mail about my experience was Mark Rodgers. I responded to him that I was not happy, and he ignored me. Obviously he did not care how my experiense was.

Fine for an oil change, if a little expensive. They told me I needed brakes to pass inspection and the price was astronomical. Took it to my usual service station and not only do I not need brakes but the price was half what this dealer wanted. I know that is typical and I do actually like the service managers here in general but just glad I got a second opinion. I also like that the waiting room has enough space to sit 6' apart and even has two separate rooms if someone looks a little too covid-ee to sit near Service: Oil change

Great service, very speedy (little wait time). Service staff is outstanding. They are so helpful and very friendly.

Great service department, staff friendly and helpful. Trust my Outback to them, know they are keeping it in tip-top shape. Still the best, took us immediately when we had a bad battery.
