The Point at Glen Mills

I will be moving to the heights early next month. My wife and I were nervous about renting from another large company considering the poor experience and customer service that we recieved at our current (soon to be former) residence. However, our experience thus far with the heights could not be any different. The property and its amenities are very well maintained. However, the biggest game changer has been the leasing office. Ayanna has been the ultimate professional. She is responsive, personable, transparent, and very hard working. She always responds to our emails in a timely manner and she has even taken the time to call us on a Sunday (her day off) to answer a routine question about our unit. Her effort speaks volumes. To say my wife and I are excited to start our next chapter at the heights would be an understatement.

Recently my wife and I toured and subsequently signed a lease with The Heights at Glen Mills. Ayanna Baker, our leasing specialist treated us with the utmost of courtesy. She was extremely friendly and very helpful in guiding us through the leasing process at The Heights. Ayanna went the extra mile in aiding us with securing the unit we wanted and at the most favorable terms for our needs. From my first appointment to the day I signed my lease Jarriel Forbes, the leasing specialist, was with me every step of the way. He was professional, knowledgeable about the property amenities and a pleasure to work with. He listened to my requests and made sure my questions were answered. I visited several times to see different floor plans and Jarriel worked with me to find the one to meet my needs in the time requested. He responded promptly to my numerous calls and emails completing the necessary documents. He exceeded my expectations.
