I have a written quote by this company for the removal of trees on my property last year. Their equipment broke last year when they were unable to finish my contracted tree work removal. After numerous calls and emails to the owner "JUSTIN RUFF" since October of 2020 he is refusing to complete my work as per the contract. To make matters worse, one of his longtime employees was severely injured last year, leaving him in a coma and now in rehab. He hasn't been home since his injury last October. Justin suggested I call this man to see if he will cut the remaining tree. Hard to believe Justin Ruff served our great country. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Service: Tree removal

I rarely post reviews unless absolutely necessary. In this case it's beyond necessary. Justin, the owner who does a wonderful job of stealing our hearts fighting for this country and did what came natural starting a business . Very confused on his about page that serving your country means starting a business comes naturally. What I do k ow as a former customer of this business owner I would never recommend him to anyone. He is aggressive, sarcastic, bullying, threatening if you question him about his work. For example He has pads Used to keep yard from getting trenches. He decided , to he honest lazy had another job to go to and complete tore my lawn up. I asked him about it and he claimed in the contract not responsible for damage to yard. Fi d anyone but this guy ALM, Corrazzoe brothers,, anyone but this joke

The only positive thing was the hard working crew. The same can not be said for the owner Justin Ruff. I found him to be totally unprofessional and aggressive when I raised a concern about the extensive damage the large machines did to a large portion of my yard. His response was, " the last line of the proposal states that Admiral Tree Service is not responsible for yard repair during or after services". The estimate to repair the large grass area which includes leveling, apply top soil and grass seed far exceeds the $2,300.00 tree removal bill. When he stated he was going to do nothing to rectify the problem , I said I would have to contact the better business bureau, Justin Ruff threatened by stating "I will put your name on the contractor don't list. He then hung up the phone . Admiral Tree Services truck also damaged the brand new paved street, which the township is prepared to address. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE THIS TREE SERVICE COMPANY FOR ANY TREE SERVICE. Service: Tree removal

I'm going to skip to the bottom line - read further if you'd like: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other professional options in the area. These people should be ashamed of being in business. We hired Admiral to remove a tall skinny tree in the backyard. They allowed the tree to crush a new tree we had planted a couple of years ago. It went from being a healthy young tree to being nearly cut in half with many of the remaining limbs having been broken or bent and scrapped. It was bad enough that this happened - and to me shows they have poorly trained, unprofessional workers, but their attitude almost could not have been worse. The supervisor would not even come talk to us. His person just flippantly told us 'the tree would live'. Their whole attitude was 'what do you want me to do about it?'. They even expected us to pay the whole amount with no discount for the damage they caused. And to top it off, I called the main office but no one could be bothered to call me back. This company clearly cares little for the environment in which they are working, the property of their customers, training for their employees, or exuding anything but a hostile attitude. I am exceedingly disappointed. Every single day I look out my kitchen window at my beautiful tree I am reminded of how truly bad this company is. Service: Tree removal
