Early Years Community Learning Centers

This place is a so ridiculous! They would rather loose you as an employee than to give you a $1 raise, when you're only making $13 an hour and paying them $450 a month for you own children to go there! Then want to blame children for their staff quitting, so they start weeding out some of the children who they don't want. Then have the nerve to say their employees don't have a say or their opinion don't matter. The only good thing is a couple staff member. Also was out of ratio with 14 kids by myself for 45 mins! Another room also was out of ratio. But instead of being honest to the parents and shutting down more rooms they want to be money hungry.

It's a great place for children. Staff is very helpful. Owners are very family-friendly.

I actually work at the Gibsonia Center and I LOVE it.  My children are in the pre k  room and have come a far way.    Our staff is always learning new things and doing classes to help the children grow.  My children are now ready for kindergarten.  I think when you have a staff that cares so much about the children it means more.

I worked at the Gibsonia facility. Rooms were kept out of ratio. Resources and materials were not always provided by the facility, especially food to match the menu posted for parents. Staff at times had to pay out of pocket so the children could have more than crackers for two weeks straight. Proper supervision is not given by some of the staff. The owner refused to buy new toys for outside and children had to choose from deflated basketballs and some cones. Staff was told to pose kids for photos that were not a reflection of what we had in the facility. Toys inside the building were mostly donated. Broken toys were kept as they cost too much to throw away.  Cleaning materials such as sanitabs were not ordered for months at a time to sanitize the rooms properly. I would not recommend this facility for employment or for child care.
