        Had AAAfor 20 years and never needed it. Now that I need it spent 1/2 hour on the phone and another 2 hours waiting for assistance. Won't bother renewing it again. Poor service.

        Upon arrival at work, I realized I had left my keys inside my vehicle.. omg! I'm locked out! On a Sunday too!! After 30 min. I remembered I had AAA Services. Quickly I called and.. YES!!!, I got them to come and unlock my vehicle. Oh, I was so relieved when I saw the AAA guy... he arrived on time as they said and was So polite and friendly!! He unlocked my vehicle without a scratch in 7 min. I was so HAPPY!!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GETTING AAA!!THANK YOU SO MUCH AAA!!!

        Was promised accommodations for a disabled family member for a trip only to be told after paying the final payment that actually the special accommodations would not be provided. Requested then a refund for my party members since the disabled member could not participate. Have waited 30 days and still not received all the refund.
