The staff was pleasant and helpful.

My wife got eaten by bedbugs here and hotel management will not respondvto emails or calls. The bites necessitated us leaving a day early and going to the emergency room.

Do not go here!

I recommend everyone stay away from this place. I stayed in this hotel on Friday 30th and Saturday July 1st with my partner.
The hallways smelled like mildew. There was already water behind the toilet on the floor when we got our room (232). Large stains occupied most of the furniture. The AC worked well, so they have that. The floor in the shower hurt my feet.
On Saturday my partner noticed bug bites, I didn't think anything of it as we were outside most of the previous days. At around 11pm While my partner was asleep the TV turned off while I was watching a movie. So I turned it back on and the start up screen showed and then it turned off. Then I saw white SMOKE coming from the back of the TV. I jumped up, woke up my partner, unplugged everything, told them to get everything out, and told the front desk immediately (there wasn't anymore smoke when i left the room). I haven't smelled an electrical fire before, so that was a new experience. They were fully reserved but didn't think this one person was going to show up to so they gave us their room down the hall. We were a little shaken up and on edge, so we decided to check the beds in the new room. Found some nice lil bedbugs enjoying life. We just grabbed our stuff and left to find another hotel. I asked for my money back on the way out. I did use a card so I expect it might not be an immediate return, but I am still waiting for my money.
TLDR: I stopped an electrical fire in my room, they have bedbugs, and the hallways smell terrible.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place was a disaster. The hotel was filthy and smelled of pet urine. The carpet was dingy and the floors were dirty, the bathrooms were gross. The "breakfast" was disappointing as well. We were in a group and had 4 rooms. One smelled of pet urine (as did the hallways) and the air temperature was stuck at freezing. One of the "Suites" that was supposed to have a pull out couch did not have one, so there was no extra bed for my 80 year-old Aunt. The couch was dirty and lumpy, so we asked for a cot to be brought up, which wasn't much better, but served as the second bed. The other "Suite" had a pull out as advertised, but it was so disgusting my cousin opted to sleep on top of the couch (with sheets), and the sink in the bathroom smelled of urine. My room was dingy and the toilet leaked. It also took 20 minutes to fill, so a few times we had to fill the tank with water from the shower so we could flush it. On top of that, they charged over $200/night for these gross accommodations! I have stayed at Quality Inn hotels before and this one was the worst by FAR. I was so disappointed. The only positives were that it was close to town and the people who worked there were very nice.
