        I have been a loyal customer of the Gettysburg great clips, but over the last year have noticed it going downhill with little consistency of employees. Today I just had one of the worst haircuts of my life and will be looking for another business for future haircuts.

        We have been coming here on a normal basis since they opened. We always use the online checkin. Today we checked in received the text to come in we were next. Checked the online list there was noone else except us. We walk in literally 60 seconds later and they tell us there was a mistake this other person is in front of us. Ok whatever. Then the lady comes and gets the other girl and it was someone she new. So we got bumped and are now still waiting over 15 mins past when it was our time. Just a little irritated by this. Why checkin we could of just walked in and sat and waited.

        Alyssa did an amazing job on my shampoo and blowout with flat press. My hair texture is wavy thick with length but I was impressed with Alyssa's ability to manage my hair. She took care in the blow dry process and handled my hair well with the flat iron. Thank You Alyssa!
