Since so many mentioned my review in theirs, I feel the need to update this. I got engaged a year later and married, and this experience is why I wouldn't have considered this business. Everything said here is accurate, alteration appointments were not missed by the bridesmaids. My dress did not fit the day of my friends wedding despite making all of the appointments, it was sliding off without safety pins. 9 years later, I still feel the way we were treated was unacceptable. We were yelled at in front of a packed room of customers. There was nothing about it that was polite or professional, I felt like I was being scolded for trying to go up the steps when there wasn't even a sign or any indication that we weren't allowed to. We were a pretty easy going group of girls, and it doesn't take much to impress us... just be kind. I hope things have changed, but regardless my experience was what it was.

We had such a pleasant experience dress shopping at Suzannes Bridal and our daughter bought her dress there, after visiting several shops. Not over-priced and good selection. Never felt rushed. Thanks again to Caroline, who was so patient and helpful.

Everything was great, got my dress off clearance and it was several sizes larger than my size but they assured me they could work their magic and they did! Alterations were far more reasonable than I expected and I ended up getting my beautiful dress for under $1000!

Suzannes was great with me and my bridal party. Two of my bridesmaids were in another state, they were able to get the sizes and send them the dress right to their address. I got my dress at Davids bridal but I didnt like the customer service, they altered my dress for me and even let me keep it there until my wedding day. They were so great and friendly. Definitely Recommend

I bought my wedding dress and had it altered at Suzannes. It was beautiful! The owner Heidi worked with me through multiple appointments to get it just right. They were flexible when I was sick and had to reschedule a fitting. They also provided suits for groomspeople and worked with us to get them shipped all over the country. When a few suits were too large, they rushed to get the groomspeople the proper sizes in time for the wedding. They also provided and fitted my husbands tux, which looked wonderful. Id trust them with any of my clothing!
